Lock in button greys out.

Hi,

So this is a minor bug, but I thought I would mention it so people know it's happening.

In like every other game I get an issue with the lock in button for champ select where it greys out and won't let me use it.

It doesn't really matter because I just wait for the lock in, but it seems to only happen on champions I have skins with and only since the last patch. Just bringing it to Riots attention.
