Hook champion width change - Undocumented

The width on hooking champions (Naut, Thresh, Pyke, Blitz) seems to have been changed without notice in this patch. Suddenly throws that would hook champs are catching intermediate minions that they used to clear. You have to go further out from minions in order to land champions instead of minions. It is making it much harder to land hooks around minion waves.
