My patcher doesn't work, need help!

Since patch day (wednesday), I can't patch correctly. It is starting off normally with the files and stuff. Then comes the download. Usually it stops at 4-6 % everytime. The kbs goes to 0 and there is nothing I can do. I usually leave it open for a few hours but then eventually the error notification comes. I tried everything on the support website. Repairing files, rewriting and deleting files manually, turning off firewall, starting the client as the admin. Nothing works. What is wrong? Can you guys help me please? D=
