Spectator Interface Scaling Issue

When the HUD scale is lowered below 85% in spectator mode, the scoreboard does not scale properly, and the lower lines get rendered offscreen. The attached link is cut from a screenshot of the scoreboard at the bottom when scaled to 50%.
