Azir Ult Cooldown Bug

Azir's Ultimate will occasionally say it's off cooldown when it actually is still on cooldown

Replicate (I Think): ~Play Azir ~Use Ult ~Die Immediately Afterwards ~Try To Use Ult Again ~Fail ~Cry

Personal Urgency-For-Fix Rating: 6.5/10 Causes confusion for ult timer which can make plays completely fail. Doesn't break the game. Just makes Azir frustrating to play.
