Client loading more than Displayed

Sup,

i was just about to play League when it started Patching and it was a rather large Patch with 2.2GB, but now its at 100% and still downloading.

It says "100% -240MB 0Min remaining" so the Patch 7.23 was 2.44GB instead of 2.2GB? Or is this a Client side Bug?
