PBE Client will not start up [CLIENT/CRASH]

Sorry about the title, I'm unsure of whether it's considered a client or crash bug because it seems to be both.

On February 10th I got a PBE email saying that I got in. I was really happy and so I downloaded the launcher right away. (I'm on a Mac, by the way) When I start up the launcher, only the box appears with the detail and the logo in the top left. There is no play button and there aren't any updates or links shown. I'm not sure if it's just taking a really long time to load and this might be just me. I'm gonna try to reinstall it tomorrow, but if that doesn't work then I'm gonna be really disappointed because I was really looking forward to checking out the PBE.
