[Client] Disconnect from Game, but Not Internet

This bug is a strange one. So far, I've gotten it once a game with varying degrees of annoyance. Twice it made me restart the client, which the first time, was followed by numerous log in failures. Other times I would disconnect for a short while and get back to the game. The weird thing is, I'll see the other champions move around fine for a while and I'm just stuck with the "Attempting to Reconnect" box going.
