Bug with Ryze Bot

Long story short, Ryze bot tends to just stand in the fountain and throw his Q out occasionally. Effectively turns match into 4v5.

I'm not sure if this has to do with Tear of the Goddess stacking or not, but i'd wager so, considering every Ryze Bot i've seen do it has had a Tear in his inventory. Strangely enough, though, even when the Tear is fully stacked, he continues this odd behavior. I'll try to get some video evidence of it, but it certainly does happen.

Oh yeah, Ryze Bot breaks all the time, I'm not sure why.

He will be in lane perfectly normally but then, like Karthus Bot, he will just randomly stop doing everything. He'll just stand there and die. Afterwards he usually doesn't run back to lane, staying at the fountain like you've said.
