Tahm kench devour bug

I've been reading a few of the tank bench bug posts and realized that I have an issue when I devour an ally of sometimes an enemy minion. The ability goes on cd and I'm unable to launch the devoured person until the time limit is reached not sure if anyone else reported this or has had this issue but hope it's fixed or will be fixed
