Mord Graphics Problems

There seems to be an issue with Mordekaiser and some graphics cards. Screen gets all shuttery when Mord is on the screen. I have tested this using Mord in games and every game this issue happens. It seems to be the worst when you proc your Q and your mace glows. Graphic mem leak maybe? Nvidea GeForce GT630 Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate
