Wont auto attack small jungle minions

So you are jungling and you start attacking the big mob. You start clicking around the minimap to see if there are any juicy looking champions to kill. You center back on your champ. You killed the big mob and one small mob, but the other small mob is doing his (her?) best to take you down. Sure it wont kill you, but it shouldnt happen.

I see this happen with the wolves often and occasionally with the red and blue buffs.

In addition to that, when playing Yi, Qing into a jungle group will sometime result in not autoattacking after. You Q in and just stand there as you are being attacked.
