Gameplay - Blitz Hand Invisible on Q

I've recently been noticing that you can't see the Hand on blitz Q.

at first i thought it was the boom boom blitz skin, but I've just seen it happening again on Riot blitz. I've seen it happen on both SR and howling abyss. Also, i don't think reproducing it will be a problem since it occurred on literally every blitz Q. You can see the arm or thin chain, but not the hand at the end.

anyone else notice this bug, is it new? I've played a while and really haven't ever encountered an invisible blitz hand before; It seems to be occurring since the most recent patch 5.6.

ediit: apparently it's only the enemy team (not blitz's team) that can't see the hand
