Probably the worst problem I've had yet

So you think it's bad having high ping? How about great lag? Well how about this one?

I logged into League, as normal, found a match for Team Builder, queued into the lobby just fine, when the game started and was brought up to the loading screen, everyone was stuck at 10-40% loaded (Aside from Karma who was loaded at 100%). Five minutes passed by and no one gained a single percentage. I closed the window and 'Reconnected'. I was then stuck at 88%, so I redid the process. Finally I was able to get into the game, however there was one little problem. Everyone is frozen. Been waiting for roughly 20 minutes, getting frustrated, seeing if it was something on my end, I first checked my ping in the top left hand corner, stated I had 32 Ping, normal, I then went to Comcast's SpeedTest site, and my Ping was 9, DS 125.08, UP 12.26, which seemed about right. I was lost and confused as to what was going on. When the game timer hit 31 minutes, I finally receive the "Reconnecting to Server" message, and my in game ping escalated to 500. Now most likely three of us will be reported for something that happened on your end Riot. The enemy Teemo, our Draven and myself were never connected.

Please fix your servers. It's one thing for high Ping, or lag, but this one is just too much.
