[Client] Champion Icons in the Champions page

So in the summoner profile in the champion icon section sometimes the champion's icon will be replaced with a different champion's icon. As can be seen here: http://i.imgur.com/a6AvU7a.jpg (Master Yi and Poppy's icons have been replaced with morg and nunu). This has been around for a while and you guys haven't addressed it yet. Here's some info on it.

It happens to champions that are lower sorted than higher sorted champions. It occurs when switching sorting methods (All to available, ect.) It does not occur when switching order methods (Alphabetical to highest mastery, ect.)
