Quinn Ult causes Mouse to icon to be stuck on Attack Move.

This is the second game now that it has happened. It is consistent. When Quinn goes into ult form and attacks with E and Q then R's out of ult to finish the attack the mouse icon stays stuck on red cross hairs........ The cross hairs are the same pointer icon as attack move. I've tried windowing out of the game and coming back in and it still persists. One game it went away on its own after 12 minutes but the very last game I had the red cross hairs never went away and stayed with the attack move icon on the entire match..... This red cross hairs is mainly cosmetic except for when I take off camera lock to view ahead of me I can no longer click on mini map to view a target location. The cross hairs persist even when buying items in base.
