Ineligible for Rewards-Server side disconnect-is Unfair

Review my match history over 1300+ ranked games this season I have never ever ever disconnected from a match. I logged back into league of legends about 20 min ago and their was some kind of tiny patch or update..My game finished the update and I went into a match and locked in and loading screen came up.. I was one of the first people at 100% as usual. Then everyone was at 100% except for one of the enemy team players stuck at 55. I waited and waited. Then the enemy players percent started moving again and then I get a GREY BOX saying I have disconnect and I need to reconnect. I pushed reconnect instantly. I reload hop back into the game and I see a surrender vote.
I push NO. but it was to late everyone on the team voted yes.. So apparently the team had been fighting while on my end I was still waiting for that one enemy champion to load. All of this happened after the mini update that just came out around 3:00 am PST. THEN it tells me I'm ineligible for Rewards and that really pisses me off. Is there anyone I can complain to or get this reset. I have never ever ever int DC'd out of 1300+ ranked matches.. My record stands for itself this was NOT MY FAULT.
