Can't use abilities

My keyboard works perfectly fine, and even using it in chat works perfectly fine. The problem is that the game isn't recognizing my inputs correctly. Sometimes the ability goes off just fine, other times it takes up to 20 seconds, and then it goes off. Near the tail end of the match literally none of the spells would go off, and my ping was at a steady 80 throughout. I hate riot so much, literally every day there's a new gamebreaking bug.
