New Client is letting me choose my name [CLIENT]

I typed out my desired summoner name and it said its available and asked if I am sure I want to display this in game and when I click yes it does nothing.

I have closed the program and reopened to no avail. Pls and Thx

Edit: Also doesn't work in legacy client either, the legacy client says the name is taken..
