Orianna E > R Combo Bug

Orianna is my main champion. I've played over 100 games of Orianna. I'm extremely comfortable with her when it comes to mechanics. I don't know what happened, but ever since the end of season 6 preseason, Orianna E+Ultimate combo rarely works. Before season 6 started, the Command: Shockwave would seamlessly transition from Command: Protect. Now, it only goes off seamlessly 50% of the time. I find myself afraid to even attempt to E+Ult combo anymore. If I happen to be unlucky, the E will go onto my ally with no problem, but Shockwaving immediately after (literally within half of a second after casting Command: Protect (Still in ball range)) will only shockwave on myself, not on the target ally. This is a huge bug because I'm always in ball range and it happens often. I don't use any recording software when I play, so I can't provide evidence. But, if you look into this, I guarantee you guys will find this issue as well.
