Getting Pinned Against Walls With Terrain Creation

I've been having a fairly problematic time with some champions (Azir and Thresh most recently) being able to use their ability to create terrain pinning me against a wall so I'm completely unable to move. This happened with Thresh lantern (caught between it and the wall near red buff bush) and Azir in the long wall near Raptors. I got completely stuck against the wall instead of being pushed over it and was left to flail about as the enemy killed me.
