Zhonya's hourglass icon stuck at gray and cant activate

This bug has been ongoing for days when i make Zhonyas hourglass item and i die the icon becomes gray ,but when i revive it stays gray again and i cant activate it for the rest of the game, i was forced to remove the item from my item set becausee it became useless i cant fix this bug please
