Pool Party Rek'Sai FPS Drop

So this isn't the first time this has happened, but this is the first time that I am posting it. A few days ago i was playing an ARAM, and was against a Rek'Sai who had the Pool Party skin and my FPS dropped from 60-80 down to 15-25. I think it is something to do with the Particles on the tunnels (and maybe burrowed Q).

I just got into a custom game one the PBE playing Pool Party Rek'Sai and with minions in the lane with no tunnels I got between 60-105 fps, with one tunnel 40-60 fps, with multiple tunnels it went down to 15-40. I can do a more scientific experiment if anyone would want to know.
