Just played a game where our jungler disconnected every couple seconds, not their fault btw, they had good ping but league kept dcing them anyway. bug not fixed.]

What did you do to ascertain that it wasn't their equipment? How did you determine that it was just Riot's fault? There are other reasons you can get disconnected often but have a good ping. Bad wire. WIFI losing packets. (ping packets are small and less likely to get dropped so)
No you can not, and how do you even know its riots fault? Theres numerous connections between them and riot in the first place. Having good ping doesnt mean you arent experiencing other issues on your end or the isps end.
No! You can't! If you are on the other team and you gain some LP because the enemy jungler dcs, you won't petition to give your LP back to the enemy team.
Assuming you don’t have any connection issues or bugs, the likelihood of having an afk/disconnect on your team is (proportion of players experiencing connection issues) multiplied by four (for every player on your team excluding you) The likelihood of having an afk/disconnect on the enemy team is (proportion of players experiencing disconnection issues) multiplied by 5.
In other words, if you take into account every game you’ve had with league, every 4 games you have an afk/disconnect on your team, you have had 5 victories owed to disconnects/afks on enemy teams.
So, if you get these league points back, are you going to give up the league points you didn’t rightfully earn?
