Bug in Dynamic Queue

I dont know if it is just random. I queue up for ranked, expected time says about 1:15. After about 45 seconds, the afk check pops up for a game. I accept but someone doesn't so it throws me back into the queue. So I wait......and wait.....and wait.... After about 15 minutes now, I decide to stop looking for a queue. I then wait 5-10 seconds, and then restart the queue in which, after waiting for about 10 seconds, it finds a game and life continues. Im pretty sure this happens every time someone doesnt accept the afk check.
