Vi stopping auto attacks

I just had a game that made me feel like vi is more spaghetti than mordekaiser when it comes to bugs, in a matter of 2 mins I had 4 instances where vi empowered auto attacks (her E) caused me to either stop moving as if stunned, or did not go off correctly.

The only one I can actually affirm as to why it happened was with vlad. If you try to auto him the moment he goes into his blood pool vi will be unable to move until right before he resurfaces, which caused me to lose an early game kill that might have swung the match in our favor.

I wish I could post a clip from the game but my recording got overwritten since my game crashed when I tried to alt tab quickly to check something which just so happens to be a consistent bug that only happens with league when in game.
