only day off to play LoL. so many bugs I spent all day trying to re-install.

Client bugged, can't ban. can't select champ. Can't start games or join queue or accept game invites. full client bug. I uninstalled and re-installed. Same issues appear. This is my only day to play LoL, I really wanted to try to climb elo, I even got a new dragon tristana skin. Is there any fix for this bug or I just have to eat it and lose a day.?
