Client crashes, errors and bugs= penalties

basically everytime i finally wait thru the 30 mins into champ select, its a fail cuz i get an error message that my client is not communicating with server. I am force dodged and its repeat cycle cuz i get another 30 min dodge penalty. this is going on for last 2 days solid. any ideas?
