"Unresponsive" Client Crash in Champion Select

When I go into champ select screens and switch to another window, YouTube for example, it crashes my client. When I return the client freezes and tells me the client is being unresponsive, do I want to wait for the program to respond, but it never matters. It's happened two or three times today, and many times in the past, resulting in 30 min wait time and -20 LP. Didn't think about a screenshot until it was too late.

EDIT 2: Just got a brand new computer, and this problem has persisted through the transition. Finally got a screenshot of this, this time it crashed as we loaded into champion select. For me I cannot see the link so here's the link: http://imgur.com/9PwbbYg
