[Client] Black Screen of Death

It seems like every time I Forge a Key and Unlock a Box, my game client cannot get into anymore matches normally. I always get a black screen during champ select and sometimes even when selecting my roles.

The only way I'm able to resove this issue is by re-patching the game via Repair Tool. If anyone know's a better way to fix this, please post it here.
