Neeko Health bar visual bug

I've seen Neekos where their health bar just stays full (Visually) despite taking damage. It confused me a bit after bursting her down as Kayn with my combos and ultimate then I still see her at full health bar with my Dark Harvest Proc indicator ready on her. It didnt occur early-mid game only at late game
