Can we talk about how you can't buy frost queen's claim but you can buy frostfang still?

I know frost queen's claim is disabled for a bug, but i keep forgetting that in client because I see that spell thief's edge is purchasable so I keep thinking oh they must have fixed it, only to progress in my game and realize oh wait its not fixed yet and be forced to sell it or stick with an uncompleted item.

Why not put a warning in game that you can't finish the item? or disable the item completely?
