[GAMEPLAY] Feature request: Teemo Move Quick QOL

I've noticed that things like Warmog's or Mobility boots now get a cooldown indicator showing when their empowered passive will be back up. It'd be nice if Teemo could get a Move Quick passive buff icon (not a buff, just an indicator of whether he's moving quick) that will count down to when the passive will proc again. Perhaps it need only be visible while it is counting down; I don't know how such a thing would be best implemented. Regardless, it'd be nice to know when, as with Warmog's or Mobility boots, I will get that passive back after a fight.
