Problem with League and Adobe Flash Player.

Whenever I join a game and lets say I have Youtube running or even if its paused and nothing is going on at all, League seems to begin hard freezing for several seconds at a time. Then it will slow and go to normal over and over till I ALT + TAB out. Then ALT + TAB makes it take almost 3 mins to actually get back to my desktop. Then it makes my Mozilla Firefox crash causing me to have to ALT + CTRL + DEL to get my task manager up. Again, task manager takes 3 mins to load up from the freeze. Then I end Firefox and still the lag persists. So I end Flash Player and finally that stops the lag. Then when I ALT + TAB back into the game it takes 3 mins to load back in and freezes before loading a bunch of things that had happened while I was frozen. All the deaths towers taken etc. This bug really needs to be addressed. Please someone from Riot get back to me on this issue.
