My store is frozen. Nothing is visible. I cannot see the content. I tried to relog. I tried to change on loot and other options and return to store. It didnt work as well. I waitied a couple of days, but whenever I log in and try to go to store, the same thing appears again - empty. I dont know what to do. Please, help me.
Weathered1 votesUse the "initiate full repair" option in the settings to make your client do a self repair.
If that doesn't work, take screenshots and include them in a support ticket that explains your issue. A Riot employee will be able to help you run through fixing it.

Weathered1 votesIt's no bother. Riot support acts through the site itself, but will give email push notifications with each response if you have a verified email on your account. It usually doesn't take more than a couple days to get a response back, but the shop was just down for scheduled maintenance, so they may be trying to wrap that up first (There should have been a picture of commander Galio in its place though, not a black screen). I would try the full repair one more time now that the shop seems to be back up while you wait.
