Lux Bug
Description: Lux's ultimate 'Final Spark' will go on cooldown when she's killed while casting.
Steps to Reproduce
- Enter game as Lux. Buy any items.
- Reach Level 6. Cast ultimate as you're about to die.
- Observe that upon respawn, 'Final Spark' is on cooldown and unavailable despite the icon on the ability bar showing that it's off cooldown and ready to cast.
