Heimers turrets autoing people when they are WELL out of range of them

^ Heimers turrets sometimes keep autoing champions well outside of the range and it shows everyone where the champion is even if they are in the jungle because the bullet animations trail to them.

I don't know how to recreate this currently. I have seen it in 2 different games.

I have also seen this with Azir's passive turret, where the beam that shows you've been targeted will follow you across the map until the turret aggros another target. No damage is dealt (I assum also with heimer's turrets) but the animation continues to occur
