League installer not launching?

Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

So, backstory. I thought league was related to my internet going down, and i uninstalled it and reinstalled it to fix the problem. I now can not reinstall the program and it gives me the one error immediately upon opening the installer, and i get a second error a moment or two later which is the second picture.

Third picture is me :( pls help.

Have you tried killing yourself? If not then try taking care you the 2005 C++ SP1 thing and try and figure that part out

Also i'd like to say i ruled out the registry error possibility. The riot games folder doesn't exist in my registry. And i forgot to mention i didn't actually get to uninstall it. It never showed up in the list of stuff I COULD uninstall. So i deleted the install folder with everything in it assuming that was all i had to do.
