[Client] Match starting ending with ghost game

[Client] As soon as match start. (This one was bots) a person disconnected and the screen became stuck for about 30-45 seconds of match is about to start and was still able to chat in the champion selection. Game was playing normally. When I try to queue for a new game it said I was already in a game.

Recreate

1. As match starts someone disconnects or leaves at the same time.
2. Play game normally

Steps attempted to resolve

1. I relogged and it said I was in game and I needed to reconnect. It makes an error ping after 30 seconds and have to press esc to close out .

2. Attempted to fix files.

3. Waited 15 minutes.
