4th day in row dealing with this god damn client and getting help from voodoo magic

Do i have to make this everyday??? is getting help really that hard? or because its rare bug the software engineers of this garbage client does not give a single fuck?

i tried everything. EVERYTHING. reinstall install change network clean uninstall and install in other drive and i say again. THIS ONLY HAPPEN WHEN THE CLIENT PATCHED last week
