Xin Zhao E counts sometimes as a Bind/Stun/Root needs a Hotfix

I attempted to flash, before his final E animation went off, and I couldn't move, nor flash for 1.2 seconds, this of course meant my death but I wanted to point that out, also you did not seem to fix the unit collision bug at all, it still makes you almost go completely around them, putting you out of position.

this was played with Gladitaor Draven skin, a Skin that has been reported as clunky since 2016,with no fixes or updates, matter fact Draven is barely even mentioned (if at all ) in any patch notes.
