loading screen bug???

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but I was in my 3rd game out of 3 of my promos, and I was in loading screen. It seemed to work fine, as my ping was changing from time to time (60-200) and the loading bar went up to 100% However, it turns out the game started, and I was just stuck in the 100% loading screen, and then a windows popped up saying that I needed to reconnect (though the whole time my internet was working, as I was in a discord call with my duo), and nothing I did worked (clicking Reconnect), so I had to restart the client itself (though my team remade by then). Is this some kind of bug???
