[GAMEPLAY] Potential bug with Annie's Summon: Tibbers and Presence of Mind
I don't know if this is a bug, I'm inclined to think it's not a bug, but I'm still making a post in case it is a bug. If you take presence of mind on Annie and get a kill with Tibbers out, she will get the mana back, but her ult cd won't be reduced, even though her ult cd is ticking down in the background. One of the reasons I don't think it's a bug is because when you mouse over the Presence of Mind info, it doesn't count it as reducing her ult cd unless Tibbers is dead. If it is a bug, then it might be trying to reduce the cd of Tibbers, which has a 0 second cd, another reason why it might not tell you that it was reduced.
- Take Presence of Mind on Annie.
- Get a takedown with Tibbers alive.
- Check Presence of Mind/wait for Tibbers to run out. (cd should be 45 seconds after the full cd)
After writing this post, I'm now not sure if it's not a bug or if it is.
