CAN NOT BLIND SHEN!!!

EDIT: WHEN AN ON-HIT EFFECT IS ACTIVATING OFF OF AN ATTACK THAT DOESN'T EVEN DO DAMAGE BECAUSE IT MISSES, THAT IS A BUG. STOP WITH THOSE IDIOTIC REPLIES. "Oops, my knife missed, good thing it does magic damage when I don't hit things."

I was Super Teemo top vs Shen, and my blind failed to affect him about 90% of that game. In one particular instance I blinded him as he was getting his last 3 hits on my tower and he just happily kept hitting it. He took damage but for no reason at all he just would not be blinded. 90% is the conservative estimate, as I can only think of one attack that missed in the ENTIRE MATCH... and he may have cancelled it.

So of course, this disgusting community had 6 people (both teams obviously) trash talking me in the post game lobby (because Riot doesn't care what anyone says there) and of course a few were doing it in-game as well. Thanks, Riot. Really glad I've put so much money into you making this a great experience for me every step of the way. /sarcasm

Shen has a passive that activates on hit that will Deal % (Shen's max) Hp in magic damage. When he is blinded the normal Physical damage that would be dealt will not go through. But the passive magic damage on hit will. I can definitely see how he would be able to Farm even while blinded for 1.5 secs (You didn't level up blinding dart until level 12). Shen also had no attack speed so it would be likely that the blind would run out before he started attacking again.

Long story short: It's not a bug, it's just that Shen's on hit passive naturally goes through blind.

iirc shens passive damage will hit but the damage from the auto will miss

if you maxed poison dart first or shen got tenacity then that is would should have happened. also your build against him is poor and any shen going against that would probably walk over you.

ok everyone i think we should stop trying to help this person as they are clearly one of those people who take offense at anyone who tries to use logic and facts against him. lets just leave him in his rage induced rant over how the "shen bug" excuses his crappy play.

Please review the forum guidelines on Reporting a Bug before you begin flaming other forum browsers for simply responding with facts versus your opinion.
As a person who's played Shen against Teemo several times I am confident that the blind does work, like you, I don't have any data to support my opinion though. My experience was when I went Stand United to save my bot lane against a Teemo / Quinn duo bot lane - they both hit me with their blinds and I was unable to land an AA on Teemo, my bot lane and I chased and the carries focused me instead of my team and I missed my opening AA's and in the chase missed one more when Teemo fired a second time. This of course is my opinion as I, like you, have no proof.
