Weird minion bug patch 6.6

A weird minion bug where the minions just stuck against the tower. The enemy had just taken an inhib and started hitting our nexus turrets and the minion wave that spawned during that just stuck to the turret. As you can see no one was near the tower when they got stuck to it.
