[Gameplay] Sion able to Q through Bards ult

If Sion charges his Q and gets ulted by Bard it seems he will continue to charge the Q and break out of the stasis early upon a full channel (Don't quote me on the last bit as It was very close to the end of the stasis)

According to Riot Even Horizons' buff to stop dashes was pulled last minute due to bugs and will be in the next patch.
