Cho'Gath's Feast Failing to Restore Mana and Halving CD on Minion kill

Basically what the title says.

I am unable to consistently replicate this bug, it seemingly happens at random. Perhaps someone could confirm this and make sure it's not just me missing the nom (although it's pretty damn hard to miss the execute on a non-super minion).

I had the same bug several times. It doesn't happen every time but quite often. I always check the health before using the ult, and I also get a stack, but the cooldown is just not halved every time.
