Dragon Buff Went To Other Team [GAMEPLAY]

I killed the dragon, the chat even said so, but the enemy team got a stack of the buff instead of us. -_- Both teams were present and trying to kill it at the time. I can only guess that it was some kind of issue with near identical timing of last hitting it.
