Does anyone also keep getting the "bugsplats of death?"

This keeps happening constantly for some reason. So i'm in queue and all of a sudden league crashes A TON OF BUGSPLATS KEEP SHOWING UP and not letting me use the task manager to close the leagueclient.exe/ This keeps happening but only when im using the launcher and im not in the game itself. It's really annoying and i really hope riot does something to fix it.
