New client has 5 second ban bug.

So I was in champion selections. Enemy had just banned Veigar. Then suddenly my turn but I am getting the count down at 5 second. I click something and hit ban. Only to get a 15 min dodge. WTF

This seems to be more of a connection issue. The same thing happened to me when I noticed my ping climbing like crazy, and when it was my turn to ban the timer said around 20 Seconds, but next thing you know a second later and I get sent back for dodging.

EDIT: Forgot to mention I was on the Legacy Client when this happened
